Jeff's practice focuses on Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy, Litigation, Business & Elder Law. Jeff has represented clients in litigation stemming from a wide range of issues, from consumer fraud act claims, breach of contract and beyond, the focus of his litigation practice is geared toward helping the client understand the nature of the lawsuit and achieving a result which is in the best interests of his clients. Jeff's business law practice strives to create the types of documents that meet the client's needs while helping the client avoid the litigation related pitfalls that are a constant threat to the business owner. Finally, whether the issue relates to a simple will, a guardianship, a Medicaid application/appeal or a complex estate litigation matter, the Elder Law practice focuses on helping clients navigate some of life's most difficult emotional and financial periods.
